Privacy Policy
This page explains, in plain language, what information Cruise Concierge Pro ("we," "us") collects through cruiseconciergepro.com, what we do with it, and who else touches it. We're a small concierge service — we don't sell data, and we don't collect more than we need to plan your trip and reach you back.
Information you provide
When you submit the quote form, we collect what you enter: name, email, phone (optional), departure port, loyalty program, passport status, celebration type, travel dates, number of adults/children, budget, and any notes you add. Required fields are marked on the form; everything else is optional.
How your quote request is handled
Submitting the form sends your information directly to our inbox ([email protected]) via Resend, an email-delivery service, running on Cloudflare's infrastructure. We don't store your submission in a database — it exists as an email in our inbox, which we retain until we delete it or until our email provider's own retention period ends. A hidden field on the form (invisible to real visitors) helps us silently discard automated spam submissions before they're ever sent.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics (gtag.js) to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects standard usage data (pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device/browser type, referring site). This data is aggregated and used to improve the site — we don't use it to identify you personally. You can opt out using Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
Local storage (not a cookie)
If you switch between light and dark mode, that preference is saved in your browser's local storage (not a cookie) so the site remembers it on your next visit. This stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Who else sees your information
We share quote-form data only with the service providers above, strictly to deliver the request to us and keep the site running: Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (hosting and edge processing), and Google (analytics). We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes.
Data retention and your choices
We keep quote-request emails as long as needed to respond to and plan your trip, and delete them on request. To request a copy of what we have or to have it deleted, email [email protected]. Analytics data is retained according to Google's own retention settings for this account.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
